Year 6 Camp to Busselton
The Year 6 students enjoyed a wonderful 3 day camp, thrilled by a multitude of activities. Their days were jam-packed with events and they could barely rest. Exploring caves, laser tag, solving mazes and building sand castle competitions are only a few things they got up to. Parky’s Got Talent was a resounding success with many acts to entertain our judges, Mrs Cockrell, Ms McGarry, Mr Borbas and Mrs Taylor. These incredible teachers were also the Year 6 dorm captains keeping students in line. This camp was riddled with competitions with the biggest of them all being “Minute to Win It”, a competition with 18 challenges to solve. They relaxed with delicious ice cream from Simmo’s famous ice creamery. A walk down the Busselton jetty tired them out so they arrived back at school, utterly exhausted from their 3 day camp. A special thank you to our camp personnel, Bev and Len who drove the bus and cooked delicious meals for everyone.
